What is your style/approach to therapy?
I feel as though Reality Therapy is the most used approach I use in therapy. I like to focus on current issues affecting a person seeking treatment rather than the issues the person has experienced in the past, and it encourages that person to use therapy to address any behavior that may prevent them from finding happiness, to make a choice, or to solve their current problem. Although we can focus on past struggles and trauma as well and tie into how this affects you now!
