Get To Know Me
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I meet my client's where they are in their life and help them decide who they want to become. It's not about me, it's about them and I try to help them help themselves so they can find their true success.
What was your path to becoming a therapist? What inspired you to choose this profession?
My parents inspired me. My father was a pastor and my mother his best support. They would counsel church members all hours of the night at times and I would hear their sound advice, love shown through their time and their words, and their non-judgment for whatever battle the person was facing. On Sundays, we'd see them at church and no one knew because that was our family's understanding of how we helped love our members and friends.
What would be important for someone to know about working with you?
There is very little you will say or do that will shock me or cause me to judge you. We all have different lives and some are more horrific than others, while others are more normal than you'd realize. We look at the mess that needs to be cleaned up and we take it one step at a time together to rebuild a life you want to live.
