How do you determine therapy goals with clients? What does that process look like?
During the initial meeting and once you as the client determine the need to continue with therapy, you will be given the opportunity to identify personal treatment goals. In each session, we will explore those goals and discuss your progress. Each goal will be guided by therapeutic interventions.
