If there was one thing you wish people knew about the therapy experience who might be hesitant to try it, what would that be?
Therapy is facilitated in a safe space. I provide a non-judgmental and supportive environment for you to share openly.
If you could pick one movie or book that influenced your approach to therapy, what would it be and why?
The Anxiety Cure. This book has played a key role in allowing individuals with panic anxiety to make changes in their lives without relying on psychiatric medicine.
How do you determine therapy goals with clients? What does that process look like?
During the initial meeting and once you as the client determine the need to continue with therapy, you will be given the opportunity to identify personal treatment goals. In each session, we will explore those goals and discuss your progress. Each goal will be guided by therapeutic interventions.
