What would be important for someone to know about working with you?

I enjoy creating a therapeutic bond and accepting atmosphere with my clients that allows them to feel they are safe to work on or discuss any issue without judgment.

In what ways do your life philosophy and treatment philosophy overlap?

My favorite quote is “Life is 10% what happens to you and 90% of how I react to it.” This quote is the embodiment of accepting what is out of our control and focusing on what is in our control, that is, our attitude and response. Treatment will focus on working together to help you understand how core beliefs and automatic thoughts can determine your actions and world view, in order to improve and maximize your potential for happiness.

What is your style/approach to therapy?

I focus on adults using CBT, REBT, Person Centered and Motivational interviewing to assist clients in learning more about themselves and their perspective on life.
