Our main goal at Online Virtual Counselors is to provide quality online therapy in English or Spanish (also known as virtual counseling, teletherapy, or cyber-counseling). We are an "in-network provider'' with BCBS, Horizon NJ, Cigna, Aetna, & Medicare. If your insurance is not listed, don't hesitate to reach out, we might be able to help. Co-Pays range from $5-$50 per session (depending on the plan) No Insurance? No Problem: Private Pay Clients - $120-$160 per session We are happy to submit claims on your behalf directly to your insurance company, or we can provide you with a bill for you to submit. Please note that The Virtual Counselors does not accept any form of Medicaid. Since the scheduling of an appointment involves the reservation of time specifically, for you, a minimum of 24 hours (1 day) notice is required for rescheduling or canceling an appointment.
