Work HistoryStarting therapy - whether it’s your first time or you’re giving it another try after a tough experience - takes real courage. I want to honor that. You might be wondering what it will feel like to open up, or if therapy can truly make a difference. With me, you don’t need to have the perfect words. You just need to show up as you are, and together we’ll figure out the rest. I work with people who feel anxious, self-critical, or overwhelmed by relationship challenges. Our sessions will feel like natural, everyday conversations - comfortable, supportive, and always at your pace. Along the way, we’ll practice practical tools you can start using right away, while gently exploring the deeper stories that shape how you see yourself. Over time, therapy can become a space where you feel both relief and real growth. My approach focuses on safety and comfort. I adapt the pace to your needs, drawing from CBT, relational and emotion-focused work, psychodynamic insight, and trauma-informed practices. I currently offer secure telehealth sessions across California and have flexible availability. I offer a free 15-minute consultation and typically respond within 24 hours. Registered Associate Clinical Social Worker under the supervision of Jordan Le Blanc #118552.
