I use a blend of effective techniques like Brainspotting, CBT, strength-based trauma work, and mindfulness to help you overcome blockages. Work HistoryI began my career in 2008 as an intern Marriage and Family Therapist in Los Angeles County, where I completed 3,000 hours of internship, providing individual therapy to children, families, and individuals. I then moved to New York City, where I continued delivering various therapy treatment modalities and trained in different methods of psychology. As a psychotherapist in New Jersey, I supported families in crisis and children at risk of removal from their homes. Additionally, I worked in private practice in New York providing family, child and individual therapy from multicultural backgrounds. For the past four years, I have continued running my private practice in Hawaii, where I currently reside. I have had the pleasure of supporting families, children, couples, and young individuals in addressing a variety of mood disorders, including depression, anger issues, self-esteem issues, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, grief, relationship conflicts, and more.
