How do you determine therapy goals with clients? What does that process look like?
Upon our first and second session, we collaborate together to identify therapeutic goals that you want to focus on during therapy sessions. If you are unsure, we will explore your specific needs and come up with specific, measurable, achievable, and relevant goals to your situation.
How has your particular field of specialization evolved in recent years and how has that impacted your work?
My field of specialization in trauma continue to evolve by engaging in training that has included mindfulness, breath work, hypnotherapy, and yoga for mental health. I aim to provide a holistic approach that engages the mind-body connection and any spiritual/religious/higher power practices that the client may choose to use for overall wellness.
