What is your style/approach to therapy?

In our work together, I take a holistic approach that’s designed to help you reconnect with your inner strength and wisdom. I integrate Internal Family Systems (IFS) and depth psychology—two powerful frameworks that support deep, lasting change. Through IFS, we’ll explore the different parts of you—the protectors, the caregivers, the parts carrying pain, and the parts holding your hopes and dreams. Each part has a role and a story. By understanding and working with these parts, you’ll gain the tools to heal old wounds, resolve inner conflicts, and step into a more empowered version of yourself. At the same time, we’ll also draw from depth psychology to tap into the deeper layers of your mind—your unconscious patterns, symbolic images, and the deeper truths that are ready to emerge. This approach helps uncover the hidden strengths and insights that have always been within you, even if they’ve been out of reach. Together, we’ll create a space where you can fully explore your inner world, reclaim the parts of yourself that have been lost or silenced, and build a stronger, more integrated sense of who you are. This journey isn’t just about healing—it’s about stepping into your wholeness, your clarity, and your fullest potential.

If you could pick one movie or book that influenced your approach to therapy, what would it be and why?

The Art of Receiving and Giving by Betty Martin. It is a beautiful exploration on understanding our needs within relationships and learning how to ask for our needs. It has been a mainstay of my required reading for many clients that I have.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our work together, my goal is to create a space where you feel truly seen, deeply supported, and empowered in your healing journey. Clients often leave our sessions with a greater sense of self-awareness, curiosity, and understanding. You can expect to feel safe, grounded, and held in a space that honors the sensitive and personal nature of the topics we explore—whether it’s intimacy, sexuality, identity, relationships, or emotional healing. I offer a strong and steady presence, providing a well-contained space where you can dive deep without fear of judgment. Our sessions are centered around your unique needs and inner wisdom. My approach is strength-based, meaning I focus on helping you uncover and build on the resilience, insight, and healing capacity you already have within you. I believe that true growth doesn’t come from advice or quick fixes. Instead of telling you what to do, I partner with you—offering reflections, questions, and insights that help you connect with your own inner healer. Together, we will find meaning, clarity, and a stronger sense of grounding, at a pace that feels right for you. Therapy with me is an invitation: to slow down, to listen to yourself more deeply, and to trust that you already hold the keys to the changes you seek. My role is to walk alongside you with care, respect, and unwavering support.

Work History

My journey to becoming a therapist—and later a certified sex therapist—has been a deeply meaningful and passionate path. I believe that intimacy, sexuality, and relationships are essential parts of our well-being, and I’m here to help individuals and couples navigate these areas with care, skill, and compassion. In our work together, you’ll find a safe, supportive space where you can bring your concerns without judgment. Whether you're facing challenges with communication, intimacy, desire, or sexual health, I offer guidance to help you strengthen your connections, overcome obstacles, and build the kind of relationships you truly want. Alongside my work as a sex therapist, I have advanced training in newer therapeutic treatments, including ketamine-assisted psychotherapy. I’m also trained in MDMA-assisted psychotherapy and look forward to offering this as a healing option as it becomes legally available. I take a holistic view of the human experience—looking not just at symptoms, but at the whole person. Together, we’ll explore how you communicate, what you value, and what structures and goals can support your growth. My role is to walk alongside you as you find your way back to yourself, your relationships, and the life you want to create.
