Work HistoryMy journey to becoming a therapist—and later a certified sex therapist—has been a deeply meaningful and passionate path. I believe that intimacy, sexuality, and relationships are essential parts of our well-being, and I’m here to help individuals and couples navigate these areas with care, skill, and compassion. In our work together, you’ll find a safe, supportive space where you can bring your concerns without judgment. Whether you're facing challenges with communication, intimacy, desire, or sexual health, I offer guidance to help you strengthen your connections, overcome obstacles, and build the kind of relationships you truly want. Alongside my work as a sex therapist, I have advanced training in newer therapeutic treatments, including ketamine-assisted psychotherapy. I’m also trained in MDMA-assisted psychotherapy and look forward to offering this as a healing option as it becomes legally available. I take a holistic view of the human experience—looking not just at symptoms, but at the whole person. Together, we’ll explore how you communicate, what you value, and what structures and goals can support your growth. My role is to walk alongside you as you find your way back to yourself, your relationships, and the life you want to create.
