Working with me means entering a supportive, down-to-earth, and engaging therapeutic space. I believe that therapy should not only be helpful but also feel like a meaningful and sometimes even enjoyable experience.
I tailor my approach to each client, using a mix of psychodynamic therapy, cognitive-behavioral techniques, and other evidence-based modalities to address their specific needs. I place a strong emphasis on the therapeutic relationship, seeing it as a vital tool for healing and growth.

Work HistoryI have been a practicing licensed professional counselor for many years, working with individuals facing a wide range of challenges. My experience includes helping those struggling with severe mental illness as well as individuals dealing with depression, anxiety, and relationship concerns.
After earning my Master’s degree in Counseling, I furthered my expertise by attending and graduating from the Philadelphia School of Psychoanalysis in 1993.
