What would be important for someone to know about working with you?
As a cognitive-behavioral (CBT) therapist, my goal is to help you understand that your thoughts control your emotions and behaviors. Once you understand that you control your thinking, you will start to become emotionally stronger and create ways to achieve your successful future. While we can't change the past, we can work together to understand and resolve life challenges.
In what ways have your personal experiences influenced your work with your clients?
I have created a dynamic system of change called R.E.A.L. - Rationalize. Elevate. Activate. Live. In order for a change to occur there must be two things present (1) The WANT for a different lifestyle and (2) a SYSTEMATIC way to achieve it.
