Oak Bluffs Therapy Group is a boutique therapy center located in Dallas, TX and offering evidence-based psychotherapy services both in-person and virtually. Our therapists incorporate a variety of psychotherapeutic modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), accelerated Resolution therapy (ART) trauma therapy and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT). We specialize in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, co-dependency, grief, depression, anxiety, and parenting and relationship challenges. Oak Bluffs’ center director, Alex Frascino, M.S., LMFT-S, hand-selects each therapist. She provides 1:1 therapy, leveraging an Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) advanced certification, and directly supervises other practitioners to ensure that each client receives comprehensive care. Our therapists form genuine bonds with their patients, regardless of the patient’s characteristics, and work collaboratively on an evidence-informed path toward treatment and maintenance.
