Work HistoryMy work has always centered around collaborating with people to help them feel confident enough in themselves to explore what’s beneath the surface. I began my career in community mental health, where I had the privilege of working with children, teens, and families facing a wide range of challenges. That invaluable experience taught me the importance of meeting people exactly where they are from a place of curiosity, compassion and humanity. Community work shaped the way I practice today: flexible, humanistic and deeply attuned to each person’s unique story. Over time, I was drawn toward trauma-focused therapy and helping clients understand how the past continues to live in the body and influence the present. Now, as a licensed social worker trained in EMDR, I help teens and adults navigate trauma, anxiety, and self-criticism with warmth and collaboration. If you’re ready to begin the work of understanding yourself with more compassion, I’d be honored to support you in that process.
