Welcome! I am a compassionate and experienced mental health professional with a passion for helping individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, autoimmune disorders, and traumatic brain injuries.
In my online therapy practice, I provide a warm and inviting space where clients can feel comfortable and safe as they work towards recovery. My goal is to create a supportive and collaborative relationship with each individual, empowering them to take control of their mental and physical health.
