Work HistoryHi! My name is Alexandra and I am a pre-licensed, board certified therapist and a School Counselor. My experience includes working with families, parents and teens to help them navigate life’s challenges. Whether the challenge is: co-parenting, gentle/ positive parenting, fostering children and teens, managing finances, dating, anxiety, grief and loss, self-esteem or challenges with your overall mental health; I believe in helping clients grow through self-awareness and self-compassion. When we meet we will focus on identifying, understanding and discussing any problems or challenges you are facing and we will discuss ways to cope with those experiences. We will also focus on thoughts, feelings, emotions, beliefs, self-respect and self-esteem. Everything you can control, we will discuss! I am a compassionate and non-judgmental therapist here to help you through life – no matter how challenging and difficult life gets, together, we will create positive solutions!
