Work HistoryI am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California. I specialize in supporting individuals in relationships and survivors of narcissistic abuse. I help clients that may be struggling with past traumas, life transitions, relationship issues, depression and anxiety. I received my Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University in Los Angeles and my Bachelors Degree from UCLA. I interned at the Maple Counseling Center in Beverly Hills, CA and worked at Beverly Hills High School with teens and family. I have also worked in substance abuse treatment centers, providing individual and group therapy. In my practice, I provide a compassionate and direct approach tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. My therapeutic approach is rooted in empathy and empowerment, aimed at helping client's heal from past traumas, regain a sense of self- worth and cultivate healthier relationships. Together, we'll explore patterns of behavior, develop coping strategies, and work towards building a more fulfilling and authentic life.
