Education
St. Mary’s University, Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, 2016 — I graduated with my Masters degree in clinical mental health as the first step towards becoming a mental health counselor.
Work HistoryI’ve worked in a variety of settings throughout my career. I began at a non-profit domestic violence agency and homeless shelter, supporting individuals facing trauma, homelessness, and substance use through a trauma-informed lens. I’ve also worked in both inpatient and outpatient substance use treatment centers, helping people in recovery. In private practice, I’ve worked with teens and adults dealing with depression, anxiety, stress, grief/loss, and other life challenges.
