Education
University of Denver, Master of Social Work, 2024
Work HistoryMy clinical perspective has been shaped by working with people facing pressure from several directions at once—mental health, substance use, family strain, financial stress, and systems that often make it harder to get help. I’ve worked as a family resource specialist, domestic violence advocate, psychosocial rehabilitation provider, Basic Skills Training facilitator, medical case manager, and in Medication-Assisted Treatment settings. That work gave me direct experience with people trying to stabilize their lives while managing trauma, relationship stress, substance use, and day-to-day demands. I’m especially attuned to what happens when personal struggles are tied to family dynamics, access barriers, or major life disruption. My experience has helped me build a practice rooted in practical support, clear communication, and care that responds to the full context a person is living in. If you’d like support, you can reach me through Insight Therapy Solutions at 888-409-8976.
