I conduct thorough assessments and guide clients through meaningful therapy sessions, creating personalized treatment plans that inspire hope and promote healing. Previously, I worked in addiction recovery, supporting clients through their struggles and celebrating their successes. By conducting helpful assessments and leading engaging individual and group therapy sessions, which the goal of assisting my client in their journey toward sobriety and self-discovery. My experience in an inpatient psychiatric setting allowed me to work with individuals facing serious mental health challenges, where I facilitated impactful therapy groups, provided limitless support and connected patients to beneficial resources to ensure their long-term well-being. Through each experience, I remain committed to being a source of support for diverse populations, helping them navigate their paths toward better mental health and resilience.
