As a trauma survivor and an associate licensed professional, I take pride in providing an educational and personal touch to the therapeutic experience. I primarily use a trauma-informed approach in treatment, while utilizing different therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), person-centered therapy (PCT), interpersonal processing (IP), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and internal family systems (IFS).

Guilt, shame, and trauma are burdens you shouldn’t have to bear alone. I specialize in working with progressive adult women who need support in navigating the roadblocks that are preventing them from living with peace and pride. I work particularly well with women, looking to heal and grow through trauma, depression, PTSD, anxiety, relationship issues, work-life imbalance, grief &loss, LGBTQIA+ issues, and stress management.
