What was your path to becoming a therapist? What inspired you to choose this profession?

My motivation for becoming a therapist stems from the knowledge that navigating through life without treating the wounds you’ve collected along the way, robs you of the opportunity to thrive. Investing in the journey of processing and healing is the foundation for establishing healthier habits and a happier life. With gentle curiosity and an openness to change, I'm confident that we can collaborate on a plan to reignite your being!

What is your style/approach to therapy?

As a trauma survivor and an associate licensed professional, I take pride in providing an educational and personal touch to the therapeutic experience. I primarily use a trauma-informed approach in treatment, while utilizing different therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), person-centered therapy (PCT), interpersonal processing (IP), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and internal family systems (IFS).
