I want you to feel able to open up when ready and we can create an outline for what your treatment plan will look like by pulling from different treatment models and meeting you where you at.

We have all made mistakes, had sticky situations in some form or fashion, we have tried our own methods of madness and once you hit a wall, it's time to get help to find healing that can positively impact your life for a healthier version of you. I personally understand how trauma has impacted myself when trying to take shortcuts or the easy way out, but when you're ready to feel like you can breathe; I am here for you!

I became a therapist because I understand personal heartache that can consume you if you don't have the right tools in your toolbox. I want to support others as I have been. I strive to provide a safe place to be yourself and not worry about judgment on your past experiences, but on how to process and move forward through healing and learning coping skills.
