Education
University of Denver, Master of Social Work, Social work with an emphasis in mental health, 2021
Work HistoryMy experience has always centered on helping young adults manage stress, anxiety, and the emotional weight of major life transitions. After completing my MSW at the University of Denver and gaining years of clinical experience with teens and adults in outpatient care, I launched my private practice in August 2025. In my practice, I support college students, emerging professionals, and young adults navigating identity, relationships, burnout, and changes that feel overwhelming. I draw from ACT, CBT, DBT, and mindfulness-based strategies, offering a mix of practical tools, reflection, and real-life skill building. My goal is to help clients understand themselves more deeply, expand their emotional bandwidth, and cultivate a calmer, more empowered daily life.
