What is your style/approach to therapy?
I work with clients who may be experiencing anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and neurodivergent challenges. A typical treatment plan will start with us getting to know each other - your story, challenges, and goals. Together, we'll design sessions that meet your specific needs, whether that means talk therapy, art therapy, or somatic practices.
