Get To Know Me
In what ways have your personal experiences influenced your work with your clients?
As a licensed counselor who’s also walked the road of recovery from addiction and an eating disorder, I bring both professional insight and personal understanding into the therapy space. I know what it feels like to be caught in the cycle of shame, fear, and self-doubt — and I also know the freedom that comes from healing. My own journey has shaped the way I show up for my clients: with honesty, empathy, and zero judgment.
In our work together, you’ll find a safe, down-to-earth space where you can speak freely and be met with compassion, not criticism. I understand that recovery isn’t always a straight path — there are highs, lows, and everything in between. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, self-worth, relapse fears, or the emotional weight of your story, I’ll walk beside you as we make sense of it all together.
I blend my personal experience with evidence-based approaches to create sessions that are uniquely tailored to you. We’ll go beyond surface-level symptoms to explore what’s really underneath — the patterns, triggers, and emotional wounds that keep you feeling stuck. I believe healing happens when we address the whole person — mind, body, and spirit — and learn to reconnect with ourselves in a more grounded, authentic way.
My goal is to offer both hope and practical tools for lasting change. You don’t have to have it all figured out to start — you just have to show up. I’ll meet you where you are, and together we’ll take the next step toward healing, freedom, and a life that feels more like your own.

Work History I earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and have been a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) since 2021. Before starting my private practice, I worked in a variety of settings — from community mental health to addiction recovery programs — and each experience deepened my passion for helping people heal and grow. Over the years, I’ve worked with teens and adults facing everything from anxiety, depression, and trauma to addiction, eating disorders, and low self-worth.
My approach combines evidence-based techniques like CBT, DBT, ACT, and Narrative Therapy with a trauma-informed, holistic perspective. I’m especially drawn to helping clients understand the deeper “why” behind their struggles, reconnect with themselves, and find new ways to move forward with compassion and confidence. Whether we’re unpacking past pain or building tools for the future, my goal is to make therapy a space where healing feels possible — and where you feel truly seen, supported, and safe.
