Work History I earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and have been a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) since 2021. Before starting my private practice, I worked in a variety of settings — from community mental health to addiction recovery programs — and each experience deepened my passion for helping people heal and grow. Over the years, I’ve worked with teens and adults facing everything from anxiety, depression, and trauma to addiction, eating disorders, and low self-worth. My approach combines evidence-based techniques like CBT, DBT, ACT, and Narrative Therapy with a trauma-informed, holistic perspective. I’m especially drawn to helping clients understand the deeper “why” behind their struggles, reconnect with themselves, and find new ways to move forward with compassion and confidence. Whether we’re unpacking past pain or building tools for the future, my goal is to make therapy a space where healing feels possible — and where you feel truly seen, supported, and safe.
