Work HistoryHi, I am Alicia! I believe that clients are the experts in their own lives and that therapy should be a collaborative, empowering experience. Everyone has their own unique story as well as their own strengths that they possess. My goal is to meet you where you are at in your journey and to create a safe, nonjudgemental space where you feel free to explore and work on your goals. I have worked with clients of all ages, with an emphasis on adults dealing with anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, and life transitions. To best support each client's individual needs, I work from a collaborative, integrative approach. I have experience utilizing CBT, Solutions-Focused, Brainspotting, Person-Centered, and Mindfulness-based therapies. Reaching out for therapy is a big and courageous step. I am here to answer any questions that you may have about the counseling process. I look forward to joining you on your journey!
