Education
Northern Kentucky University, Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, 2024
Work HistoryMy experience as a therapist began in a college counseling center, where I worked closely with young adults navigating life transitions, relationship concerns, academic stress, anxiety, depression, and questions about identity and purpose. This work gave me a strong foundation in helping clients manage challenges during periods of significant growth and change. I later moved into private practice, where I expanded my work with adults facing a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, grief, life transitions, and personal growth. Working with adults from diverse backgrounds helped me deepen my understanding of how past experiences, current stressors, and life circumstances can impact emotional well-being. As my practice evolved, I began seeing children and adolescents, which further allowed me to develop additional expertise in supporting children and adolescents as well as their parents. Today, my work draws from experience across the lifespan, allowing me to support adults with compassion and practical tools tailored to their unique needs.
