Work HistoryOver the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with people in many different stages of life and through a wide variety of challenges. My experience began in private practice, where I worked closely with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, and major life transitions. This gave me a strong foundation in supporting people through difficult seasons and helped me see how important it is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel heard and understood. From there, I began working with adults, couples, and families, where I developed a passion for helping people improve their communication and strengthen their relationships. This experience deepened my ability to notice patterns, support growth, and guide clients toward healthier, more connected relationships. I also bring experience in trauma work, grief, stress management, anxiety, and depression, which taught me how to gently balance validation of painful experiences with tools to move forward. Many of my clients have shared that they feel both supported and empowered after our work together. Each of these roles shaped the way I practice today. They taught me the importance of compassion, flexibility, and tailoring therapy to each person’s unique story. My areas of expertise—whether it’s supporting individuals, couples, or families—come from years of learning alongside my clients and seeing firsthand what helps people feel stronger, more connected, and more at peace.
