Education
Liberty University, Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, 2025 — Liberty University incorporates extensive spiritual integration of Christian faith alongside psychological and clinical principals throughout the entirety of its program. This equips me with skills and resources to conduct clinical mental health counseling from a biblical world view for clients who wish to incorporate their beliefs alongside their mental health treatment.
Work HistoryThroughout my graduate program and residency, I have worked in the private practice setting of mental health. Private practice has allowed me to work with a variety of individuals, and provide care for populations in need of mental health services, such as children and adolescents. Through supervision, research, and trainings in a collaborative setting, I have been able to diversify approaches to counseling to meet the needs of my clients who are experiencing the following, OCD, trauma, ADHD, anxiety, and depression. This is where I have learned and practiced skills for incorporating expressive techniques alongside traditional talk therapy for individuals across the lifespan (age 5+). Some of these techniques borrowed are from play therapy, sand tray, somatic therapies, art therapy, ACT, ERP, DBT.
