Work HistoryThe goal is always to make sure you feel comfortable and on the same page when we are working together. The type of modalities I like to use: Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), Somatic Experiencing (SE), Parts Perspectives, Somatic Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Attachment-Based Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT). I am a Somatic Experiencing Practictoner (SEp in training) and I am EMDR therapy. I can help explore what your body is signaling in regard to your nervous and help adapt a healthier relationship with your system. I think it is important for you to feel secure in sessions with me and I hope when you leave you are feeling acknowledged and validated.
