Get To Know Me
What is your style/approach to therapy?
My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in both insight and practical tools. I draw from evidence-based approaches like CBT and DBT while always centering the full picture of your experience—your values, your relationships, your history, and the systems you’re navigating. Over time, I’ve found that true healing often begins not with “fixing” something, but with finally having space to be honest about how heavy things have been.
My goal is to create that kind of space for you and to help you feel more connected to yourself, more confident in your voice, and more supported as you make meaningful changes in your life.
What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?
If you’re here, you’re probably the one everyone turns to—the dependable one. The one who keeps everything running at home, at work, and everywhere in between. And while you might look like you’ve got it together on the outside, inside you’re tired, stretched thin, and wondering when you get to feel like yourself again.
Whether this is your first time in therapy or you’ve tried before, starting with someone new can feel vulnerable—and maybe even a little daunting. My job is to make that first step feel a little easier. I aim to create a space where you don’t have to explain why you’re tired or question whether you’re “doing enough.” A space where you feel seen, heard, and not judged for carrying so much. We’ll explore the patterns and pressures shaping your life and how to begin shifting them. You don’t need to have all the answers—I’ll walk alongside you as we figure out what your version of alignment and ease looks like.
I pull from a range of holistic, trauma-informed approaches including strengths-based therapy, CBT, and DBT. This means we’ll work on both the root of what’s showing up in your life and the practical tools to help manage stress, relationships, boundaries, and burnout in the moment.
You don’t need to earn support by being in crisis. You just need space to feel like you again—and permission to prioritize yourself.
If you have questions or want to learn more about how I work, please feel free to reach out by email. I’d love to connect.

Work HistoryOver the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals navigating anxiety, burnout, relationship stress, and the constant feeling of “not enough.” My experience has been rooted in walking alongside people who are doing all the right things on the outside, but feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck on the inside.
In my work, I’ve supported people carrying the mental load of their families, careers, and friendships—often at the expense of their own well-being. These experiences have shaped the way I practice: with a deep understanding of what it means to show up for others while quietly wondering if you’re falling short.
