Get To Know Me
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I believe that healing requires more than just talking; it requires addressing the physiological and emotional imprints of our past. My practice is a collaborative, inclusive space where we work together to process complex trauma and PTSD using evidence-based modalities like EMDR and Somatic interventions. Whether you are an individual healing from childhood trauma or a couple navigating a non-traditional relationship, my goal is to provide a grounded, expert environment where you feel fully seen and safe to transform
What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?
My approach is integrative and trauma-informed, moving beyond traditional talk therapy to address how trauma is stored in both the brain and body. I have utilized EMDR for five years and am in the process of finalizing my formal certification. I also incorporate Progressive Counting, Polyvagal Theory, Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (in partnership with your prescriber) and Somatic Healing interventions. I will be adding Brainspotting to my practice in Spring 2026.
What would be important for someone to know about working with you?
Working with me means moving toward a deeper understanding of your nervous system. You can expect a professional who is compassionate but direct, and a space where no topic is off-limits. We will focus on helping your brain and body work together so you can stop just surviving and start feeling truly present in your life.
