Work HistoryFrom my very first job at a family-owned restaurant when I was in high school, I realized that connecting with my fellow humans was my favorite thing in the world. As a clinician, I draw on my history in the service industry, multiple years in education, and four years working in the supportive housing realm to collaborate with you to find practical, meaningful, and often out-of-the box ideas to support you in reaching your goals. I am a staunch harm-reductionist with a passion for human rights and advocacy. What matters to you matters to me, and I want you to have a place you feel valued, truly seen, and deeply cared for. I believe that all humans have the capacity to self-heal, but it is much easier to do that with a support system. Allow me to help you find the right approach for you--incorporating the body and mind into healing through a somatic, person-centered approach.
