Work HistoryI work with adults of all ages who are seeking support in navigating life’s challenges and reconnecting with their sense of self, purpose, and inner strength. Many clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck in patterns that no longer serve them, or unsure how to move forward. Some are managing mood concerns such as anxiety, depression, or mood swings, while others are processing trauma, grief, or difficulties with relationships and boundaries. Life transitions—including career changes, retirement, aging, caregiving, or health challenges—can feel overwhelming, and I aim to help clients approach these moments with clarity, confidence, and resilience. My approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and tailored to each individual. I integrate EMDR to process distressing memories, CBT to shift unhelpful thoughts and behaviors, mindfulness to cultivate awareness and emotional regulation, and strength-based, solution-focused strategies to build on the skills and resources clients already possess. Together, we uncover practical solutions, regulate emotions, improve relationships, and navigate life transitions. I also work with neurodivergent adults, including those with ADHD, autism, and other cognitive differences, adapting therapy to support attention, sensory needs, communication, and emotional regulation.
