Work HistoryI am passionate about supporting teens and adults navigating the effects of trauma, depression, anxiety, or relationship concerns. My goal is to create a compassionate space for healing and growth. With experience and training, I use EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and other approaches to process difficult experiences, manage symptoms like panic attacks and dissociation, and foster personal growth. These methods are tailored to your needs, helping you move toward a life aligned with your authentic self. I also offer EMDR Intensives for those seeking focused, transformative healing in a shorter timeframe. Above all, I strive to create an environment grounded in support, respect, trust, and safety, allowing you to explore your experiences with curiosity. I am also committed to integrating anti-oppressive practices, so please feel free to bring your whole self into the space! Beyond individual therapy, I also enjoy providing supervision to Licensed Master Social Workers (LMSWs) in Tennessee on their way to independent licensure. In supervision, I strive to create a collaborative experience for growth. I look forward to hearing from you to discuss whether you feel I am a good fit for your needs.
