Amber earned her Bachelor’s degree in Anthropology and Psychology from UCLA before completing her Master’s degree in Counseling at North Carolina State University. With over a decade of experience counseling children, adolescents, and adults, she brings a wealth of expertise to her practice. Amber’s approach is holistic, person-centered, trauma-informed, collaborative, and rooted in multicultural competence. She specializes in working with clients healing from complex trauma, utilizing body-based trauma treatment. Additionally, she has experience working with individuals experiencing anxiety and depression, and navigating significant life transitions. With a background in career counseling, she also helps clients navigate professional challenges and transitions. Outside of her practice, Amber enjoys yoga, outdoor activities, and immersing herself in different cultures.
