Work HistoryIf you’re reading this, life might feel entirely overwhelming, and you’ve probably reached your limit of helping yourself feel better. Your past experiences, your current reality, and your current mental state have combined to create internal turmoil and suffering, which have made life difficult. You’ve more than likely tried at least three TikTok anxiety/depression hacks or every breathing exercise on the Calm app. Or, you’ve entirely avoided acknowledging how you’re feeling, allowed your emotions to build inside of you, and realized that you’re about to explode and you just need someone to help you. I'm here to be that person. In my professional life, I've worked with clients experiencing a large variety of issues, but I specialize in anxiety, depression, and trauma. My work experience has allowed me to successfully partner with many clients to help them find healing. Many clients come to me in a broken, hurting space and are often concerned about opening up to me. I understand, because when we are suffering, it can be hard to know how to find relief or peace. I truly believe that therapy is a tool to help you get to where you want to go. I also believe that having a style that is always adapting and changing to the benefit of the individuality of each client is important.
