Work HistoryI have experience supporting individuals of different ages, backgrounds, and abilities through life transitions, emotional challenges, and personal growth. During my internship at an OASAS run facility, I worked closely with clients as they navigated recovery, built healthier coping skills, and worked toward personal goals. This experience deepened my understanding of the therapeutic process and the importance of meeting each person with empathy and compassion. Following my internship, I was drawn to private practice because it allows for a more personalized and collaborative approach to therapy. My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, understood, and supported as you work toward meaningful change.
