Work HistoryI have worked in the field of behavioral health for over 25 years. I'm a seasoned Clinical Care Coordinator and began doing therapy in 2017. I have worked in a variety of settings including both outpatient and inpatient facilities. I specialized early on in helping my clients overcome stress, anxiety, depression, and panic. I took on a more holistic approach in my later years and now I focus on all determinants of health when working with my clients, with primary focus on mind, body, and spirit.
