In what ways does your personality influence your approach to therapy?
Early in my career, I had the opportunity to work with individuals of all ages. Early on, I found I have adapted working with clients based on individual needs. For example, some clients appreciate a more direct approach versus others who want more of a processing approach. Sometimes, it can be uncomfortable talking with someone on personal matters, therefore time or even talking over a game may be needed. I am always doing what I can to learn and grow. If there is something I am not familiar with I will be honest with you and will do what I can to learn alongside of you. You are your own expert. I do what I can to be flexible in my approach to engage and also understand that needs for services are not during the typical "bank hours". Therefore, I offer sessions on some evenings and Saturdays as well.

Work HistoryThank you for being here and for considering my support—that first step can feel intimidating. In our work together, you’ll have a safe, non-judgmental space to explore what’s been weighing on you. I help people navigating trauma (past or present), daily stress, conflict, and life transitions, and we’ll move at a pace that feels right for you.
My background includes direct client work as well as experience in courtrooms and leadership roles, and all of it has deepened my belief in every person’s dignity and worth. In session, we’ll focus on what you need in that moment—building coping skills, understanding patterns, and finding practical strategies you can use in your day-to-day life. I also offer daytime, late afternoon, and Saturday appointments to better fit your schedule.
