Work HistoryOver the years, I've worked in various mental health and physical health settings from hospitals, outpatient clinic, a treatment center, private practice, sleep labs, and a women's non-profit center. I have been the person who gave direct patient care during a mental health crisis or admission, to outpatient recovery, to general private practice care. Due to being a veteran military spouse, I have lived in various states with many multicultural experiences. Right now, I work for a private practice under the direct supervision of Debbie Vara, the practice owner of A Path 2 Healing.com out of Virginia. Always remember, just because therapists/counselors/coaches help you, does not mean that life has not required the same amount of work to become healthy too. We ALL have physical, mental, and spiritual health.
