Work HistoryMy work as a therapist has focused on helping individuals navigate anxiety, chronic stress, and life transitions. I began my career in school-based settings, where I supported children, teens, and families through emotional challenges, academic pressure, and changing family dynamics. I also bring both personal and professional insight into the complexities of divorce, including experience serving in a mediation role, which deepened my understanding of conflict, co-parenting, and major life transitions. I now specialize in working with adults and young adults who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected. My approach is rooted in somatic (mind–body) therapy and Somatic Experiencing®, with a focus on nervous system regulation and trauma-informed care. Together, we work to slow things down, increase awareness of patterns, and build a greater sense of stability, clarity, and ease.
