Work HistoryMy clinical experience has focused on helping adults navigate trauma, dissociation, anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges. Through my work in community mental health and private practice settings, I have developed a particular interest in supporting people who have experienced childhood and complex trauma, including clients with dissociative symptoms and DID. My experience has also included working with couples and helping clients understand how past experiences can affect their relationships, emotions, and sense of self.
Over time, I have developed an approach that is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that clients are the experts on their own experiences. I use approaches including DBT, ACT, trauma-focused, and strengths-based therapy to help clients better understand themselves, develop practical tools, and build healthier patterns. My goal is to create a space where clients feel understood, respected, and able to move toward meaningful change.
