Work HistoryI am a Licensed Master-Level Professional Counselor Associate and earned my Master’s degree from Sacred Heart University. I bring years of personal, educational, and professional experience working alongside individuals and families to support their unique needs and goals. I have experience working with children, adolescents, adults, individuals, and families within psychiatric residential facilities, group, family and individual therapy settings. Using a trauma-informed lens, I focus on building self-awareness, strengthening coping skills, and addressing life stressors, transitions, and relationship challenges using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused therapy with a strengths-based and person-centered approach.
