Work History
Over the last few years that I have been in the counseling field, I have had the privilege of working with couples, adult individuals, teenage individuals, and children. Some of the issues I have the most experience in are anxiety, depression, burnout, and trauma to name a few. I received EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) training in 2023. Overall, my passion right now is working with adolescents, adults, and couples who may be struggling to find their balance in life.
