Get To Know Me
What would be important for someone to know about working with you?
Here's the thing about therapy with me, I believe real healing happens in real relationships, so I bring my authentic self into our work together. As a mom myself and a person navigating my own generational healing, I get it. I've sat in that same overwhelm, asked those same hard questions, and done the messy work of choosing different for my own family.
I meet you exactly where you are, no judgment, just genuine support. But I'll also lovingly challenge you when you're stuck and give you the tools you actually need to create change. Whether you're drowning in anxiety that feels overwhelming, ready to break family patterns, or tired of being on the back burner of your own life, we'll work together to help you reclaim your voice and rewrite your story.
In what ways does your personality influence your approach to therapy?
I bring warmth, humor, and authenticity to every session. I’m not the distant, clinical therapist type. I show up as my whole self and create space for clients to do the same. My directness means I’ll lovingly challenge you when needed, while my empathy (shaped by my own healing journey) means I truly understand the work you’re doing. Clients appreciate that therapy with me feels real, comfortable, and sometimes even fun, even when we’re tackling hard things.
How does collaboration with other providers play into your work?
I love working with other providers because honestly, none of us have all the answers. When my clients are also seeing a psychiatrist, primary care doctor, or other specialists, I think it’s so important to stay connected and make sure we’re all supporting them in the same direction. I see collaboration as a strength, not competition. Your mental health is connected to everything else in your life, so why wouldn’t your care team talk to each other? I genuinely enjoy building relationships with other providers in the community and learning from their expertise. At the end of the day, you get better care when the people supporting you are actually communicating.

Work HistoryI bring 8 years of diverse clinical experience to my work with clients. I spent 5 years in community mental health, where I learned the importance of meeting people exactly where they are and working with individuals from all walks of life. For the past 3 years, I served as both Clinical Director and Licensed Professional Counselor at a group practice, where I deepened my clinical skills while supporting other therapists in their professional development. This combination of hands-on client work and leadership experience has shaped my collaborative, strengths-based approach to therapy.
