What would be important for someone to know about working with you?
Facing life transitions can feel overwhelming, leaving you emotionally and physically unsettled. Working with a dance/movement therapist offers a unique way to channel this agitation into positive energy through expressive movement. By integrating dance with therapeutic practices, you not only find emotional relief but also gain deeper insights and strategies to navigate transitions smoothly and with renewed confidence.
Through an integrated therapy approach, we combine the transformative power of dance/movement, mindfulness techniques, creative expression, and traditional talk therapy. Together, we embark on a holistic journey of healing, tapping into the body's wisdom, cultivating present-moment awareness, unleashing creativity, and engaging in meaningful dialogue to foster profound self-discovery and growth.
In our sessions, every emotion is acknowledged and respected, creating a safe space for you to grow and heal.
