Education
Lebanon Valley College, Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, 2025
Work HistoryBefore joining Blossom, I worked in a mix of college counseling and community mental health settings where I had the privilege of supporting teens, young adults, and adults navigating some of life’s toughest transitions. I’ve helped college students manage the pressure of academics, relationships, and identity; guided adults through anxiety, burnout, and complicated family dynamics; and supported teens learning to manage emotions and communicate in healthier ways. In every setting, one thing has stayed the same: people want to feel understood, capable, and confident in their own skin. Whether it’s helping someone recover from past trauma, find their voice after years of people-pleasing, or simply feel less anxious about the future, my work has always focused on helping clients reconnect with their strengths and build the kind of life that actually feels like theirs. Through my experience, I’ve learned that healing doesn’t happen overnight—but it does happen when you feel safe, seen, and supported. That’s the kind of space I strive to create with every client I meet.
