Get To Know Me
What would be important for someone to know about working with you?
Therapy with me is real, down-to-earth, and centered around you. You don’t have to come in with the perfect words or a five-step plan—I’ll meet you exactly where you are, even if that’s somewhere between “I’m fine” and “I have no idea what I’m doing.”
I believe therapy should feel like a conversation with someone who truly listens and cares, not an interrogation or a lecture. We’ll talk, reflect, and laugh when it fits, but we’ll also get honest about what’s been keeping you stuck and what needs to change for you to feel better. I’ll challenge you gently when you need it, but always with compassion and respect for your pace.
My role is to help you quiet the noise, sort through what’s yours and what’s not, and remind you that you already have everything you need to start feeling more grounded and confident. I want our sessions to be a space where you can exhale, drop the masks, and start rediscovering the version of yourself you actually like being.
How do you determine therapy goals with clients? What does that process look like?
We’ll figure out your goals together—no pressure, no rigid checklist. During our first few sessions, I like to get a sense of what brought you in, what’s been feeling heavy, and what “feeling better” actually means for you. Sometimes clients come in with a clear idea of what they want to work on, and sometimes it’s more like, “I just know I can’t keep feeling like this.” Either is completely okay.
From there, we’ll talk about what’s been getting in your way and what changes would make life feel a little lighter or more manageable. Maybe that means setting stronger boundaries, feeling less anxious, improving communication, or learning how to be kinder to yourself.
We’ll start small and build from there—because goals aren’t about perfection, they’re about progress. And if something in therapy stops feeling useful, we’ll adjust together. I believe you’re the expert on your life; my job is to help you uncover what’s possible and support you as you get there.
What does success look like in therapy? How will a client know that they are making progress?
Success in therapy doesn’t mean your life suddenly becomes perfect or that you never feel anxious again. It’s more subtle—and more powerful—than that.
You’ll know you’re making progress when you start responding to things differently. Maybe you pause before reacting, speak up for yourself when you usually wouldn’t, or notice that the things that used to send you spiraling don’t hit quite as hard anymore. You might start catching your negative thoughts before they take over or find yourself setting a boundary and not feeling guilty about it afterward.
Sometimes success looks like finally understanding where your patterns come from—and realizing you have the power to change them. Other times, it’s simply showing up on the hard days because you believe you’re worth the effort.
My goal isn’t for you to become a different person—it’s to help you feel more like yourself: grounded, confident, and able to handle whatever life throws your way with a little more peace and self-trust.

Education
Lebanon Valley College, Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, 2025
Work HistoryBefore joining Blossom, I worked in a mix of college counseling and community mental health settings where I had the privilege of supporting teens, young adults, and adults navigating some of life’s toughest transitions. I’ve helped college students manage the pressure of academics, relationships, and identity; guided adults through anxiety, burnout, and complicated family dynamics; and supported teens learning to manage emotions and communicate in healthier ways.
In every setting, one thing has stayed the same: people want to feel understood, capable, and confident in their own skin. Whether it’s helping someone recover from past trauma, find their voice after years of people-pleasing, or simply feel less anxious about the future, my work has always focused on helping clients reconnect with their strengths and build the kind of life that actually feels like theirs.
Through my experience, I’ve learned that healing doesn’t happen overnight—but it does happen when you feel safe, seen, and supported. That’s the kind of space I strive to create with every client I meet.
