My personality greatly influences my approach to therapy. I’m naturally empathetic and compassionate, which helps me create a warm and supportive environment where clients feel safe to share their experiences. I believe in the power of genuine connection and trust, and my friendly, approachable demeanor helps build strong therapeutic relationships.

I started in community mental health, where I supported clients of all ages facing trauma, anxiety, and depression. This experience taught me the importance of creating personalized treatment plans and working collaboratively with other professionals to provide holistic care.
