Work HistoryI find it to be most rewarding working directly with my clients in a warm, comfortable, inviting, and non-judgmental environment. My qualifications include being a trained complex trauma EMDR clinician and a Level Two certified clinical trauma professional. I am also trained in Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy and a Board-Approved Clinical Supervisor. I like to provide a space where clients feel comfortable processing difficult emotions so they can leave the session feeling a greater sense of resilience, confidence, and happiness. I specialize in working with clients who have/are experiencing grief, loss, and trauma. I have experience working with a variety of issues and populations: Eating disorders, severe mental illness, survivors of abuse, LGBTQ+, domestic violence and sexual violence, the unhoused population, depression, anxiety, PTSD, medical trauma, relationship and interpersonal struggles, and life transitions. I'm the author of the book, "Adding the E: Perspectives of Grief Through Recounts, Letters, and Poetry", and a 2019 TEDx speaker on the topic of finding resilience within grief.
