Work HistoryMy work has grown from years of supporting people through some of life’s most overwhelming and complicated moments. I have spent my career working with young adults, and adults who feel stuck in patterns of anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship struggles, and major life transitions. Through this work, I’ve learned how powerful it can be to have a safe, steady place to land when life feels heavy or out of control. In my work with adults, I’ve supported people navigating trauma, loss, burnout, relationships, and the emotional impact of big life changes. I’ve seen firsthand how cultural identity, family expectations, and life roles can add extra layers of stress and I bring that awareness into every session. Over time, my specialties developed through walking alongside clients facing fear, disconnection, and self-doubt, and helping them reconnect to their strengths, voice, and sense of safety. I believe healing happens through trust, collaboration, and feeling truly understood. My goal in our work together is to help you feel more grounded, supported, and empowered at a pace that feels right for you.
