Work HistoryI specialize in working with teens (12+), adults, and couples who are neurodivergent, seeking healing from trauma, dealing with chronic pain or illness, or trying to navigate emotions and stressors of everyday life. I also have experience supporting a wide range of concerns, including trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, chronic illness, grief, life transitions, relationship challenges, identity exploration, and more. I have a history of 15+ years working in youth ministry, which lead to a passion for supporting those that are LGBTQIA+ and religious trauma. My goal is to help others find healing and strength within themselves, whether that be through a faith lens or outside of religion. Each individual deserves personalized care, to feel heard, and to feel understood.
